Vendor
setup will be from 8:00am- 9:45am (There
will be a short meeting with Jeff at
9:45). The doors will be open to the
public from 10:00am until 4:00pm. The
table rental fee is $40.00 per table
(8’x3’). Each vendor will receive 2
free admissions per table. We ask that the
area around your table be kept clean and
free of debris.
Neither
Akron Reptiles nor Barberton Band Boosters
will be held responsible for lost, stolen,
or damaged property, or any injuries that
may occur during the show.
We
reserve the right to remove any vendor and
/ or any animal for any reason.
Please
understand these rules are in place to
protect both you the vendor and us.

PRE-REGISTRATION
IS A MUST. ALL TABLES WILL BE $40.00
PER TABLE UNTIL AUGUST 15, 2009. AFTER
THAT, THE TABLES WILL BE $55.00 PER TABLE.
